Oven-roast potato wedges with skins on with rosemary

Preparation

Ingredients to serve approx. 4

– 450 grams pre-cooked potatoes wedges with skins on;
– 1 or 2 sprigs of rosemary;
– olive oil;
– 2 cloves of garlic;
– sea salt;
– pepper.

 



To make

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Put the potato wedges in a bowl. Add the olive oil and shake the wedges so that all the wedges are covered in a layer of oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the wedges evenly on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Crush the two cloves of garlic and add them and the sprigs of rosemary to the wedges. If you want to increase the flavour of the rosemary, remove the leaves from the twig, grind them with a pestle and mortar and sprinkle them over the potato wedges.

Heat the wedges in the oven for approx. 35 minutes until they are golden-brown and crisp. Afterwards, salt and pepper to taste.
